Four views of another atrium.

This time my subject was the Family Atrium at the Cleveland Museum of Art. There are an infinite number of ways to capture the soaring nature of this expansive space. Here is a quartet of possibilities.

  1. I suspect that making the images monochrome enhances the graphic quality. I especially like the last one.

  2. What a beautiful space, so light & airy.

  3. That’s an impressive atrium — looks huge! Great B&W shots!

  4. Beautiful atrium! I’m fascinated with the second one. It almost looks like it’s moving!

  5. I’m struck by the contrast between the contemporary ceiling and what appears to be an older structure. Whatever, it looks like a fine marriage.
